Online: Guthrie Woods Products uses a shopping cart system to gather the products you wish to order. Throughout the site, you may add items to your cart using the Add to Cart button. In some cases you may customize items on the product detail page (eg. engravings) .

Once submitted your order is reviewed by one of our staff to ensure the information is complete and to obtain actual shipping costs. You will be contacted by email with a confirmation of your order to be reviewed prior to your payment being processed.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

By Phone: Telephone orders are also accepted. Please give us a call during regular business hours and we will be pleased to take your order.

We also offer many custom products so please contact us for details.

Please note there is a $15 minimum order not including shipping and taxes. We reserve the right to change the minimum order values without notice.

Orders paid by MC or VISA will be shipped within 2 business days. Payment terms can also be arranged by Regimental cheque.

If paying by money order, goods will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

We make every effort to ship your order promptly, after your order has been confirmed and authorized.

In your shopping cart you are provided with an estimated shipping cost. Actual shipping rates will be detailed in your Order Confirmation. This confirmation will be provided for you to review prior to your payment being processed.

We will always do our best to keep your shipping costs low. Orders are shipped via UPS Standard. For some smaller orders, we may choose to ship via Canada Post and any savings will be passed on to you. Depending on the products in your order, specific packaging may be required which could impact the shipping costs.

We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

On the top right of our website there are links related to your order.

• My Account - view and edit your contact information, shipping address, current and past orders, wishlist and downloadable products.
• My Wishlist - throughout the site you may have the option to add products to your wishlist is you aren't ready to add them to your cart.
• My Cart - your current shopping cart with all products you have added for purchase. You may update quantities, obtain an estimate for shipping and see tax information.
• Checkout - this is where you submit what's in your shopping cart to us. We will review your order, obtain actual shipping costs and contact you for confirmation.
• Log In - you are free to use the site as a guest but logging in adds the above features.

Guthrie Woods Products Ltd. warrants that all goods provided will be free from manufacturer defects. If your order arrives damaged from shipment, it will be replaced under the following conditions:

• GWP is notified with 10 days of receipt of the item that damage occurred;
• A digital image of the damage is provided;

A replacement will be shipped at GWP expense.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of order subject to the following conditions:

• goods have not been discontinued;
• goods are in saleable condition (to be determined upon receipt of the return);
• subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the value of the goods; and
• return shipment is at the customer's expense.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on customized items.
