We ask that you start by providing some general information and fill out the applicable form available on our website (Link for pin or coin Request Quote form). Please know that because designs can change significantly after the initial quote is made, all pricing/quotes will be confirmed once the technical artwork is finalized.

What is the minimum quantity of challenge coins I can order?
Our minimum is 50 pieces.
How long does it take to produce a custom challenge coin order?
If you provide production ready artwork and do not require a prototype sample, your order can be delivered in about 28 days; add 18 days if a pre-production sample is required. Please review our “Coin Production Summary” which details the steps involved with ordering custom challenge coin.
Can you provide assistance with artwork?
We have graphic design capability on-site and ready to help you with any of your design requirements.
What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer, VISA or MasterCard. Payment can also be arranged by business cheque or money order, in which case goods will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

How will my order be shipped and how is the freight charge calculated?
We ship Canada Post Expedited, UPS Standard and Purolator Ground; whichever is the most economical and suitable given the size of the order and delivery address. The freight charge is calculated using the dimensions and weight of the package being shipped. Prior to your order being sent you will be notified of the freight charge.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will endeavour to replace it if we are notified with 10 days of receipt that damage occurred. A digital image of the damage must be provided in the notification. We reserve the right to request the item be returned for further examination before proceeding with replacement or reimbursement.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of order subject to the terms and conditions outlined in “Returns and Replacements”

Is the purchase of military medals and bars restricted to members of the military only?
Anyone may purchase our medals and bars whether as full size replica or miniature. However, medals, bars and/devices may only be worn by the lawful recipient of the honour or award.
Do you provide medal mounting services?

At this time, we have suspended our medal mounting services. Ribbon and mounting services are available from other medal mounters. Please use this link local medal mounters to see Canadian companies in your area. Note that they may carry products made by other manufacturers. If our products are preferred, be sure to mention this when contacting the mounter.

Where are your swords made?

Our swords are manufactured by WKC (formerly Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co) in Solingen, Germany; a city famous since the middle ages for its metal-work and sword craftsmanship.

 

How much time does it take to have a sword custom engraved?

Please allow 10 to 12 business days to complete the engraving before your order is shipped.
