RCMP Cavalry Officer’s Sword

This sword and scabbard are crafted in accordance with the British MOD specifications using the tooling purchased from Wilkinson Sword Ltd. in 2005. As such, they also meet the Royal Canadian Mounted Police technical authority specifications.
Blade
o Dimensions: 890 x 25 x 7 mm
o Specifications: forged stainless steel blade; hardened to ca 48-52° HRC Rockwell, well-tempered and hand-polished
o Design: acid etched both sides with the official RCMP pattern

Guard: stamped brass, hand-polished, nickel-plated; nickel-plated brass cap

Grip: covered with fishskin, wrapped with three silver-plated wires

Scabbard: genuine brown calf leather scabbard with nickel-plated mouthpiece; optional nickel-plated, hand-polished steel tube with two attachment rings also available and sold separately.

Accessory: protective cloth bag included
